Pregnancy Yoga Classes

Yoga is incredibly beneficial for pregnancy even if you have never taken a class before. Enjoy a welcoming and friendly environment where you can:

  • Foster a deeper sense of connection and appreciation for your pregnant body

  • Foster a deeper connection to your baby before you meet

  • Develop strength and wellbeing in your body as it changes in pregnancy

  • Learn breathing techniques to help you relax in labour

  • Help manage anxiety and increase confidence and self-esteem

  • Ease common pregnancy discomforts including aches and swelling through safe stretching and strengthening exercises

  • Learn how to strengthen and relax your pelvic floor

  • Improved sleep, increased lung capacity and stamina preparing for birth and early motherhood

  • Foster acceptance and letting go of what you can’t control

  • Make all important time for yourself

  • Be part of a community with other local Mum’s to be and make friends for life

Pregnancy Yoga Classes - 6 week block booking

Starting Thursday 23rd January 2025

Thursdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Block of Classes

Purchase a block of 6 lessons which can be taken over 7 weeks (as we all know life can get in the way sometimes!)

£65 for 6 week block

£12 drop in class

Pay for your block on the date you would like to start your course

Mini blocks can also be purchased if you are close to your due date

PLEASE NOTE: you will need to be at least 14 weeks pregnant before you start the course

A medical questionnaire will be emailed to you once you book on to complete prior to the first class
